1. Customized Formulations
Because our skincare products are custom-formulated specifically for your individual skin concerns, goals, and assessment results, all orders are made-to-order and personalized.
Due to the customized nature of our products:
• We do not accept returns on opened or used items.
• We do not offer refunds for products formulated according to the information provided in your consultation.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
• You received the wrong product
• Your order arrived damaged or defective
• There was a formulation error on our end
To qualify:
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Submit clear photos of the product and packaging
3. Skin Reactions & Sensitivities
We strongly recommend completing a patch test before full application.
If you experience irritation:
• Stop using the product immediately
• Contact us within 7 days
• Provide photos and details of the reaction
While we cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type, we may offer:
• A formula adjustment
• Store credit toward a reformulation
• A one-time courtesy replacement (at our discretion)
Refunds are not guaranteed for individual sensitivity, as results vary by skin type.
4. Consultation Accuracy
Your custom formula is created based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for:
• Undisclosed allergies
• Incorrect skin type selection
• Incomplete consultation details
• Changes in medication, hormones, or skincare routine
Accurate information ensures the best results.
5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase, before formulation begins.
Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:

• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Digital consultations
